Date of transaction: 12 Feb 2021

Details of the complaint :

Start transaction deal on 12.02.2021 for PS4 Pro 1TB. After finalizing negotiation, made a deposit via TnG wallet for RM200. I was told I could pickup the item at the designated address given but due to police roadblock was not able to go. After further negotiation, we decide seller to send the package via Lalamove. I will make payment of RM300 before delivery and the remaining RM350 after package arrived. After payment of RM300 was made. Lalamove status shows order was canceled and seller seem to turn off hp and never reply my msg.

Seller just joined Jan 2021 and you trusted him/her

He agreed to do COD in the first place. That is why I agreed to do the deal. Even given his address but in the end I scared to go because of MCO police roadblock. I guess that is a gamble he took as a scammer and in the end I lost.

Just proceed with a police report and send the report to the seller. Easy, if he refund then refund lo, if not then what to do. But make a police report anytime when u can ya.

I sold my pro at 900, one year warranty left. This guy selling cheaper, with free game some more.
