and to be honest, i found that it's quite hard to convince their personal that the unit is  defected. they play it and they can't heard it, then i will really hard to explain to them.
i truely afraid they will refuse the warrenty as they can blast it loud yet no cracking.

the problem is, it doesn't come out always. how do i show to ppl to say it's defect?

i will run it for some time. then hopefully it's ok.
and hopefully it's the old ipod giving out the buzz, new Gmod doesn't has the problem. hopefully.
because up to now, i use with zune alone, Zune + Cmoy, zune + PRII / BOSE alone, Bose + cmoy, Bose + PRII i don't have the old problem.
i remember madziz show me with his ipod i ever heard the buzz, i know it's annoying, bit u just didn't heard it another time.. i hope it's the source.
headphone failure usually won't come out at certain time only. it will has buzz all the time if the membrane, voice coil has problem. especially on louder volume.
