I'm week 7 pregnant and haven't done any ultrasound scan yet . Yesterday and today I have some bleeding , should I be worry? I have googled some articles said it's common bleeding in first trimester . Any mummy have this experience ?

Yes , this is my first pregnancy . I'm planning to go check with dr on tmr morning.

Yup checked with dr , dr prescribe me some medication for 5 days. Dr scan me and said the embryo looks smaller like 5 weeks despite I was actually 7 week pregnant. Have to return after 2 weeks for 2nd scan.

Appreciate for yr wishes.. unfortunately , this morning I have miscarriage when I woke up I felt something coming out down there. Immediately went to toilet saw big blood clot.
When to GH emergency , dr did vaginal scanning to make sure no more tissue left inside. Dr unsure what causes miscarriage but she said it could be embryo genetic problem or might be ectopic pregnancy. Anyway she had advised me to rest well and come back 3 month later for fertility check to address any problems with my body or not.
