Which loan should I get? MYBB vs Hong Leong

Dear all,
I have received approval from both Maybank (Islamic Loan) and Hong Leong for a 290k property. Both offered interest rate at 3.1. Can advise me which bank should I choose for the loan and why? Thank you. |

if rate is same, no difference. just choose which one you feel more comfortable and easier to access to their branch in case there is any problem you need to deal with it.
