I think because they did not appoint many third party agency to goreng it.

Plus many options along this stretch as well.

Yea. Only in house sales team selling. Maybe they focus more on kiara bay township and CO1 can sell slowly, base on their financial n background, no need to worry

Bruh, seriously cringe-worthy to constantly defend for UEM Sunrise. I'm sure they are good, no doubt, but doesn't mean they won't fail one day.

Some more you're pulling potential buyers to use you as a referral. Man, the level of Conflict of Interest in this.

This is odd, at first i though they worry about the sewerage pond smell next to ceria apartment so the buyer will mostly choose tower B instead.

But the result is most of the buyer choose tower A hmm.gif

They open Tower A to sell first, and the sales trick to buyer is tower b price will increase.. so some buyer buy tower A to get the early bird price

Base on the chart, shouldnt be a issue to achieve 80% sales for both tower by end of the year. Given that the project start selling 1 year ago, tower A launch around June last year.

Definitely better than some project build deep inside factory area, far walking distance from MRT station. Took almost 1 year only able to obtain APDL to sign/stamp S&P.

Huhahuha with so many agency selling yet still havent finish sold yet. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Indeed, one thing Uem surprised me which they launch the projects on June and buyers are able to sign SPA immediately

I know which project you mentioned, given fully furnished, lots of agency help to advertise, till date still got available units wor.

Opss dont mention the fully furnished. The project start selling without fully furnished at the begining. Guess why the reason after that giving more furnishing/rebate. whistling.gif whistling.gif

biggrin.gif biggrin.gif hahaha good luck sell more ya inhouse staff. The commission that company pay to agency is 4-5% so will reduce the profit margin of the project. if not kesian the admin and other office staff not receiving bonus at year end
