Base on the chart, shouldnt be a issue to achieve 80% sales for both tower by end of the year. Given that the project start selling 1 year ago, tower A launch around June last year. Definitely better than some project build deep inside factory area, far walking distance from MRT station. Took almost 1 year only able to obtain APDL to sign/stamp S&P.
