Name change in Bil Cukai Tanah

Mine was subsale back then and the lawyer who handled my S&P + loan only changed my Cukai Pintu name from seller to mine
For cukai tanah, I went to Pejabat Tanah and the person over the counter only asked me to write him my name and he changed for me, not even requesting to sight any documentation / proof |
