Itunes is good enough for me.

Loss-less is not that bad. I can hear the difference between a loss-less encoded song file and a 192 kpbs encoded mp3 file on my studio monitors as well on my kelisa default car speaker. But in the end it is up to the listener. I know someone who encoded all his CDs into 96kps MP3 and don't even realize how horrible it sounds.
