Maxis, Referring to my ticket C787788. This is issue is about how maxis billing system screwed up my bill payment until i was charged exorbitantly by almost RM800. You went and upgraded your billing system but in the end the customer is affected with barred line, Ah Long type Maxis sms & Maxis IVR saying that i have outstanding bill and must make payment to continue using my line. I am one person who don't keep outstanding bills in my tenure with Maxis.
This issue happened in the November 2020 bill statement until today February 2021 bill statement, the issue is not fixed. Maxis claims they have given me waiver and yet it is not reflected in my february 2021 until now. This is unacceptable. I have gotten my line barred several times in the past months since November 2020. What kind of service is the collection department / customer service / Waiver team is doing? I have been a loyal maxis since 2001..thats bloody 20 years. This is very frustrating for me to call Maxis Customer Service and get screwed over every single time. Until today my issue is not solved!!! Maxis
Absolutely ridiculous service!!!

how long more can i be patient enough to have my line being barred or to see my bill sky-rocketed? this issue is since November 2020 and until to day you are unable to fix it? Are you Maxis
shaking leg and enjoying the MCO 2.0 at home? Fix your customer's issue. Its very frustrating call your customer service every 2 weeks and wait 30 minutes before someone actually answer the call. To top it off, i will taichi'ed to several departments before someone takes an initiative to address my billing issue. Waiver Team - Customer Care Team _ Collection team & so on....😡
