Most likely won't.
Cause they are already enjoying the money.

What I am playing right now
Ghost Recon Breakpoint - finished the main campaign. Now going unto the free story expansions.

What I want to play next:
Immortals: Fenyx Rising
Anno 2205

As for the other demanding titles such as Mafia Trilogy, Cyberpunk 2077 and Red Dead Redemption 2, gonna have to wait until I build a new PC. Not in a rush atm due to the crazy prices as a result of the Bitcoin/Ethereum mining surge (Thanks a lot, miners. dry.gif) and the current parts shortages and also other priorities in life.

Yes. It's much better ever since the July 2020 patch brought in the much needed AI Teammates and other enhancements (as I mentioned in another thread). I held off from playing it for a while until the price drops to a reasonable level and only got it at RM 80.00 during the summer sale for the Gold Edition.

Really helped in clearing out enemy bases and when things go FUBAR. As for fighting Behemoths (large robot tanks), not so great and you'll have to do most of the heavy lifting and use a lot of EMP grenades, grenades, rockets and throw anything that explodes to destroy it. Not really necessary to take them on unless there's a weapon blueprint that you want.

Plus, there are also new campaign missions added as recently as last month. Still working on the Red Patriot one for the moment. Once I'm done, I'll head over to the Amber Sky missions.

Did you play any other Ubisoft open world games? (Division, Farcry, Assassin's Creed) What's your opinion?

The thing about their games is, to me at least, always look good on paper (or in short footage) but they get hella repetitive and boring FAST. They're basically the same game but in different skins, yet they release them consistently year after year with enough fanfare.. that I cannot get.

The first Mafia remake was pretty good, cant say the same about others..

For an early access game, and even without the full biomes releases, it's already pretty good with tons of contents..good job for a small studio with only 5 people working.

Meanwhile there's a game with hundred of millions poured in via Kickstarter with multiple studies internationally working on it and the game is not even finished yet after like what 6-7 years?

Just a humble PC Gaming Discussion Group.

Why? Because I always have a hard time finding the next game to play after finishing a game.
Wanna hear everyone's thoughts under one thread instead of having to find for the specific game thread.  biggrin.gif
And also to random chit chat about any games and experiences.

-----------------------------------------------------
What I am playing right now: I'm babysitting Prince Noctic in FFXV right now.
What I want to play next: probably GTA V, or Marvel Avengers

I'm trying to play all the games that i have bought in the past and never have the chance to touch them until now.

So what are you playing right now?

Didn't play Division as I'm not into multiplayer shooters, so I gave it a pass as a result. Can't really comment on it.

Didn't play the first Far Cry, but played both 2 and 4. The former, I finished, but find the story as an afterthought plus repetitive, and for the latter, mostly repetitive and didn't really like the story, so I gave up on it.

Assassin's Creed, I only played the first one but didn't finish it as I found the controls on the PC cumbersome compared to the Prince of Persia trilogy (The Sands of Time, Warrior Within and Two Thrones). Might want to try out the latter games such as Troy, Valhalla, etc. one day when I get a better PC a year later.

Speaking of Prince of Persia, I'm looking forward to the Sands of Time remake, though. thumbup.gif

No wor, what game is that.
Im referring to a space MMORPG with a single player game at the side.
iirc hundreds of millions have been poured into it. All from kickstarters and the public. You can buy spaceships like you buy cars. very expensive.
The owner is living luxury though, but i think the game is barely out of alpha.

Ancient Cities. Many backed the game in kickstarters years back.. Quite alot of people look forward for the release too including me. But when the game is released, one word, disappointing. sweat.gif

The one im referring to is Star Citizen.
$400m gone into ''Development".

QUOTE
tar Citizen is an in-development multiplayer space trading and combat simulation game developed and published by Cloud Imperium Games for Microsoft Windows. A spiritual successor to 2003's Freelancer, Star Citizen is being led by director Chris Roberts. The game was announced in 2012 through a successful Kickstarter campaign which drew in over US$2 million.[3][4] Pre-production of the game began in 2010,[5] with production starting in 2011.[6][7]

Star Citizen has become highly criticised during its long production process, both for the fact that there is still no solid release date and for the difficulty in which backers who have abandoned the project have had in receiving a refund. The launch of the game was originally anticipated for 2014, but was repeatedly delayed. In 2013, Cloud Imperium Games began releasing parts of the game, known as "modules", to provide players with the opportunity to experience gameplay features prior to release. The latest of these modules, known as the "Persistent Universe", was made available for testing to pre-purchasers in 2015 and continues to receive updates. No projected date for the commercial release of Star Citizen is currently given.

After the initial Kickstarter ended, Cloud Imperium Games continued to raise funds through the sale of ships and other in-game content, and is now noted for being the highest crowdfunded video game and one of the highest-funded crowdfunding projects overall, having raised over US$300 million as of June 2020. Such methods of generating crowdfunded revenue have however led to criticisms and legal issues surrounding the project. In addition to crowdfunding, marketing[8] is now also funded through external investment having received US$63.25 million as of March 2020.[I]

Squadron 42, a single-player game set in the same universe, was initially announced in the Kickstarter as an included campaign in Star Citizen, but is now intended to be a standalone product. The player character's performance in Squadron 42 will reportedly have an impact on their career in Star Citizen.[9]
