i mean im all for characters but if theres no specific core usage, or shes really niche, then youre stuck with another Diona/Xinyan unit where the visual design is nice but in terms of slot, there are other units that can perform better

I can imagine XingQiu helps HuTao to vaporize. While XiangLing helps to boost pyro by 15% on top of pyro Resonance.

No idea how ChongYun help, C2 ChongYun I guess?

Chongyun for melt. Burst create ice field and I suppose Hu Tao can override Chongyun burst that change basic attack into cyro with her elememtal just like Diluc burst.

Yea typically they try to put those that can form a team with the banner character, but they've always avoided the same element. So usually there's one character that's completely irrelevant to the team haha. Like how ningguang is right now
