Looking at the unit cons and weapon list, 900 might be pretty close to cost too. What you're saving if you're buying that is time and rng. C5 keqing lul.
I would usually suggest avoiding buying account mainly due to safety reasons, you don't own the proof of purchase which is a huge factor in the account reclaim process. Not to mention at AR58, that account had probably finished almost 90% of the current content.
Starting the whole game new has its own unique experience, especially with the story & exploration.

I decided not to get Yae, and opt for Raiden constellation. End up with Raiden C1 and 2 Keqing. Out of Primo now. Will save again for the next Raiden Banner. That C2 Raiden is my goal for now.
Anyone feel like bored when u get Qiqis and Dilucs on limited banners? it feels like whatever primoes that has been saved up almost 2 months go down the drain UwU
not particularly a fan of diluc, but having a copy of qiqi is alright...but having more than 1 kills it for me, hope your future pulls are better mate, i rather really have 1 of each first before getting cons tbh
The only rest we can hope for is easy skip re-runs e.g. Klee & Venti.
I'm kinda glad that I was wrong about having 2 character banners at all times moving forward. First half of the version update with only 1 new character & second half with 2 character re-runs is just nice on wallet-kun. The last version with 4 characters was really insane.
I really wanted to skip him initially. Dislike his design.
But, being a sucker for Shinto Maidens, I can't believe it too that I've skipped Yae for Ayato. I have Kagura btw.
Ayato's kit so far looks really promising. He has the largest AoE & longest duration for an off-field hydro applicator so far. That's every freeze teams' dream support.

yo, IF after ayato banner, Freedom sworn and thundering pulse comes out with kaz and yoi, thats like crazy good might consider pulling that weapon banner
If I was given an option between pulling kaz or venti FIRST? I'd go for kaz, he's alot easier to use in terms of grouping targets.
That said, having pulled venti first before getting kaz, I regret nothing, he helped alot before kaz was available, made alot of my open world exploration a better experience, once you know how to aim his burst, he's great to have in a team. I'm still using both, especially for abyss runs.
Best to test it thoroughly before pulling. Testing and giving the unit a run on alt or friends account would give you a clearer idea if the unit suits your playstyle.
First half - Ayato & Venti Second half - Ayaka & Albedo
Kazuha's re-run is definitely around the corner. Historically last year, Venti re-run was in March & then Kazuha dropped in June.
If Kazuha doesn't drop with Klee in 2.7, then very likely he may be pushed wayyyy back because Sumeru is also around the corner. When 3.0 drops, it'll possibly be waves of Sumeru characters before we can see any re-runs.
