By logic it's working as intended, C2 basically just shortcuts the whole shield hit requirements via burst, and the shield is technically considered part of elemental dmg, probably how they coded the whole thing that's why the pulse procs the sacrificial cd. Free shields, I'll take it! Heheh

With the introduction of Kazuha, I think the differences between him and Venti is fair.

Zhongli was sorta a perfect excuse imho for them to kill 2 birds with a stone, buffing his shield, introducing more shield gameplay, at the same time giving geo the buff it desperately needed. Before him everything was pretty much glass cannon DPS, even if there was someone running other builds like Noelle mains, a hefty requirement and investment was needed to make her work.

I honestly have no huge issue bout electro as a whole, as I find them to be sorta the unique utility units? Example keqing, beido, lisa l, fischl. Got so used to how they are designed different as usual, so when Baal arrived, she somehow felt normal to me. Only few things I dislike is how electro charged mini stuns you on friendly fire, not to mention how overload blows target off, 2nd shortest end of the stick when it comes to reactions before geo got buffed lmao

Guess players had expectations that with her arrival, electro would at least get a better change like geo back when zhongli came.

If you're happy with ayaka, and don't need another cryo DPS, you can afford to skip ganyu for a more hack n slash unit, I'm saying this because I made the same decision back then skipping ganyu, again this is my personal opinion, not from an optimised viewpoint.

Was planning to roll xiao back then too and even pre farmed his gears, but ended up skipping him after testing him out.

Best to test the unit out thoroughly first before deciding just so you won't regret later would be the best move as a f2p with limited resources haha

Domains follow their own lvl drops
Artifact domains at max lvl drops a 100% 5*
Material domains however does not
Open world bosses however follow world lvl ( which your AR unlocks)
