3* are useable, but I advice do not spent too much material on them. I wouldn't ascend 3* weapon pass level 60.

Sucrose is good for crowd control and when you're facing enemies with different element. For example like you face water ice and fire mage at once. She can swirl them to oblivion.

Only Thrill Tales of Dragon Slayers (Catalyst) and Black Tassel (Spear) have some use. Rest of the 3* is bad.

You should craft 4* weapons from the blacksmith instead

Up to you. Sucrose is a good unit, but if you want to save up material for other unit, that's fine too.

Support unit don't need to level too much imo.

fighting water and ice mage together is already hell for me especially when you need to defeat both in cramp space and limited time.
i wasted 40 health food trying to complete secret of tianqiu valley task. till now still unsolved.

some slight optimization, you might get better result:
HoD: on xingqiu, hits burst still benefits from his crits
Skyrider: on bennett for more ER, give and take you probably benefit more from ER than weapon base dmg on bennett atm
Prototype: on keqing, sure its physical sub, but the base atk and atk effect buff makes up for it, nothing wrong running physical keqing as well

do you have good pyro characters to break the shield?
a full fledge Beidou and Xiangling can pass the Trials of Tianqiu for the hydro & cryo stage.

up her till level 60 , to unlock her talent

give her 4 set veridicent , 3 slot elemental mastery %,
as for weapon, you can go Tales of thrillign dragon or sacrificial fragment

Shes the reason people can output hundreads thousand of damage.

shouldnt be a huge issue if you invested in keqing, you have bennett too, should be manageable once you optimize

Slingshot bow is quite good though, and the effective range (for +60% damage) isn't near at all.

Been using it on my Fischl, need the crit rate since I can't seem to get good artifacts with good crit sub-stats.

40 health food? I dont remember about that quest but 40 health food is too much....

I didn't spend any on zhongli banner so yeah, currently only xiangling.

I used xiangling, Bennett, keqing and kayea.
Tried many attempts still left only the last mage with its Shield on and time is up. Before every attempt I have to teleport to other place to get my elemental burst ready.
1 ice mage and 2 ice helichurl and 2 water slime combo me with bubble and freezes me K.O.

I give up on that and now focusing on upgrade my team weapon and artifacts.

time ur keqing ult during bubble, a bennett xiangling combo should be able to break the ice first, so focus on them first if you feel more comfortable that way, some skills like fischl electric arrows can burst those bubbles, play around with your skills, iframes and timing.

I settle 1cyro hilichurl 1st with xiangling gooba bear, 2nd cyro hilichurl and hydro slime with xiangling and keqing elemental burst. Last my Bennett elemental burst can't break the mage shield. Or I should settle with hydro slime 1st?

stand near the cryo churl, slime will come over to you, drop your pyro e and q, the hilichurl/slime will die by the aoe, keep ur keqing Q for mage bubble homing, double e with keqing, normal chain till the shield break, you get a mini iframe between the chain, you want to keep the electro up to break the shield.

after his shield breaks, you can either charge atk or full chain ur keqing normal atk to keep the mage on constant down mode, just dont let him recast shield, comparatively speaking, its easier to take out the cryos first imo. then work on the mage later.
