Hu Tao is basically High risk high reward.

They can't delete you when u delete them first.

Keqing can be build as both electro and physical, however her constellation are more beneficial toward electro side.

Imo if you're not a whale, don't refine 5* weapon.

Keep different copy is better imo. More flexible team comp + no need weapon switching around
