Sounds like I’m already on point, except my current build has too much CR and can trade some of them into CD (70/110)

My issue now is I’m thinking of using her as off-field sub-DPS for my physical Rosaria or ChargedAtk Yanfei before this.
But after building her up I find it kind of lost in balancing CD/CR and ATK%. Her ATK is just 1.5k as shown in my screenshot in previous page. And her EM is really on the low side.
With L13 pyronado and Raiden’s E-buff + TotM, she’s just hitting 10k on pyronado. Those 20k pyro showcases are based on EM build?
Personally, I think your CR:CD ratio is fine. It is a little disproportionate, but nothing worth refarming all over again. Because we know refarming is a pain in the ass.
As for HappyBerry's suggestion about going ER sands, that's viable but not recommended. If your goal is to use Xiangling as a sub-dps and you want her pyronado to have 100% uptime, you can remedy that with substat rolls into ER or run a Skyward Spine, assuming you have one. Use weapons to circumvent her ER issues.
That said, if this is your current build already, I don't see the need to change anything. My Xingqiu has some pretty scuffed CR:CD ratio, and I let it be because he does a lot of hits with his burst that one of them is bound to crit anyway. And that's not even factoring the fact that I haven't gotten him a full 4pc EoSF. Ditto for my Beidou.
Xiangling and Xingqiu have been shadowbuffed in the meta to the point that both are slowly becoming Benny-level broken. Xingqiu is probably closer or above Benny. And Xiangling is closely behind those 2. Even Fischl doesn't have that sort of versatility and power level. With that in mind, building XL with an ATK sands allows you to bring a back-up carry in instances where your main dps get one-shotted for no reason and dies.
