the new game isn't as good as old one and not available on PC, and i didn't even know which one to play, i guess quitting it was a right call.

Hmm, i do hope they can improve the existing area such as monstadt and liyue, monstadt is super bland once you go to the outskirt, the area reminds me of console game with low environment details so the game can runs at 60 FPS

Also Windows 11 latest update ruined the game, now i have to play below 1080p. lowest image quality preset,

dont ever play on wifi, the latency is unbearable

I actually use my asus router as wifi bridge so it can bring down the latency to 90ms, otherwise it will hover above 120ms
My USB and pcie wifi adapter produce similar results, but usb is the worst.

Finally found out the root cause of bad genhin framerate issue,
lappy runs into max temp and gpu throttled itself lol

have to runs the game at battery saving mode to reduce temp....

the laptop is barely one years old actually
time to clean the puny blower fans


anyway just bought lappy stand, does not seems to be throttling so far after lifted from desk, gonna add some fans soon lol.

If you don't like to spend big bucks, welkin and BP, as well as events can accumulate quite a lot of fates.
Not to mention now they give out fates with archon quest completed, and sumeru chest and puzzle are a lot as well.

Only spend on the character you like, unless you have rng God blessed
