As for Keqing I think she's very versatile, which sword to use depends on the team mates I suppose.

I am using Black Sword.

but I use BS because

Increases DMG dealt by Normal and Charged Attacks by 20%. Also regen HP, very handy as I don't have healer and I don't count Diona as healer.

I just remember, I quoted above is R1. At R5 the BS gives 40% more damage and 100% of ATK for HP restore.

What Zen Qiu Gaming is getting at is that despite being META, it's not what most of us can enjoy. Both of you ARE actually on the same page, refer to the bolded part above .......... in fact the entire post actually.

I went through 2 Zhongli banners and he never arrived, sad case - the only way one can actually play META is to be a whale of some degree (or have super luck) to get those characters, and in some cases need a certain C level.

That's what he's saying. No one is against META or saying that there's no META.

In my case I do not have most of the latest characters, I got Venti, Jean and Diluc joining it but those are Day 1 or early day 5-stars which is no where in comparison to the power creep 5-stars like Ganyu, Hutao and Eula. Xiao somehow is powerful but not OP like those, after all Anemo.

And yes, LOL at the Zhongli debacle at release why he isn't DPS enough yada yada.
