Up to you. Sucrose is a good unit, but if you want to save up material for other unit, that's fine too.

Support unit don't need to level too much imo.

It's okay if your goblet is not witch set. Janji ada element% dmg as offset parts.

Circlet has always been notorious hard to get even decent stat

Stand here. Logout and relogin. After relog, and stand/walk around few second, world quest will spawn.
