ahh shit, i have the same problem right now. Some def and hp artifact have pretty good substats and I'm like, what if they release like a cryo albedo that piece COULD come in handy

my artifacts now always around 700-900 but i have no good piece to up...

nvr argued that they'll lose their player base, whales are gonna be whales after all.

but it's extremely off-putting rolling for a 5* characters then realizing how much resin you would need to level them up. even for people who put money in it, eventually it'll get very stifling . the game basically lets you waste time & do zero progression.

if youre farming at AR45, you'd get a 5* 100%

AR40-44? Yea, there's about 1/3 chance only for it to be 5*, i'd say once you have a decent enough artifact for your main carry then stop there and farm other stuff with the resin. And continue artifact farm from domain after reaching AR45

but thats the whole point of playing the game, in fact every game have such similar progression mechanics, thats how every game extends its longevity, once you take that mechanic and think about it from a long term perspective, you'd realize there isint much left to do. There was in fact several games that took "cost" out of their game mechanics, one of it was one of the mobile sword art online games, it was fun at first, but you burn out pretty quick as boredom sets in, i deleted the app in 2 days.

the game doesnt waste time nor give you zero progression, instead if gives much more MEANING to your time so your progression feels much more worth when you finally get the piece you need.

alot of us dont even put in primos for resin, not to mention with the new BP system, you'd be getting free fragiles, this game wasnt designed to cater players stuck in the pandemic with so much time at hand in the first place, so yeah...

Honestly i just avoid certain discussions cuz its just "extra" trying to explain something to certain individuals that have their mind set on their own ideas regardless of what it really is.

But in this case, i do feel like some easily misunderstand the resin system, and its worth explaining the bigger picture from what most of us have experienced in the past gaming.

100% 5* rate only applies to the final domain which is unlocked by AR45... thats why youre not getting your 5*

You can try be a support if you have anemo character.

Aiyo, coop sometimes may not get good team. I wasted so much resources just to bring Kaeya to lvl 80 just to farm the dungeon. Aihhhh

What are your characters? Find someone here who can team up well with your characters, not necessarily co-op via in-game match making.

Just play co-op with random player.

If the team not good then you can just leave. No resin wasted right?

I've been playing co-op to farm artifacts using Fischl or Bennett.

Lol at this sentence. Now now, we dont need to paint glazed sugar on a stinky dung. Im not about removing the resin system completely, but at least make it worth the grind. 20 resin just for four books?? Come on.... I dont mind the grind if each domain costs 5-10 resins.
