There are many Genshin discord groups. Just join the major ones if you want to look for co-op help. 

But generally with 1 or 2 above average DPS, you're good to clear everything on your own already.
If you ignore the 2 piece bonus, Thundering Fury is an amazing set for some non-Electro characters too like Bennett & Ayato

They don't share pity.

The weapon banner, on top of the pity to get a 5 star, there's a different intertwine pity to get the 5 star that you want from the banner. That's a 240 pulls pity.

The character banner has 180 pity.

They are both different.

Not sure if self inflicted Burning gonna be nerfed or not. It hurts a lot.

Maybe status cleansing will become meta again thanks to Burning

Crimson Witch was a bit kind to me. My HuTao uses ATK sands & it does more damage than my EM sands. So, my only motivation for Crimson Witch would be to get HP sands for HuTao.
If you need team planning help, just list down your characters & their constellations. YanFei, XingQiu & Lumine only sounds kinda...unique.

Weapon banner & character banner don't share the same pity count.

Do not attempt Thundering Pulse based on your best DPS list above.

Weapon at R1 probably boost your total dps by 20% at most. You're better off building team first.

You're damn lucky le, my weapon banner RNG seed is damn bad. Never got what I wanted before. Gave up on it already.

So just focus on characters only.
You got quite a few options. Try these:

Kazuha (or Sucrose), Ayaka, Ayato & Diona. Ayato's the hydro applicator while Ayaka is the DPS. So, Kazuha swirls cryo as much as possible.

Rosaria, Diona, Kazuha & Ayato. Ayato is the DPS, so Kazuha swirls hydro as much as possible.

Bennett, Xiangling (or Kazuha), XingQiu & Raiden. Typical National Raiden. 

Ganyu, Kazuha, Kokomi & Ayaka. Ganyu is the support for Ayaka here.

Can't focus on one is fine, just build up all equally.

The current weapon banner is really bad.
In fact, I’ll say the next 2 banner is equally horrible too.
The paired 5s weapon is pretty much useless.
Summit shaper. Vortex vanquisher. Doughnut.
You’ll do much better with a 4 star then those crappy weapons.

Not getting the weapon you need will likely result in a lot of disappointment and maybe even sunk cost fallacy (since the pity doesn’t carry over).

Did you notice any difference with the electro-charge from Barbara? Last patch note says they fixed something about electro-charge, but I didn't notice any difference.
