I heard additional 5% rebate no longer available for Enso Woods. For example SPA price for type B is 712,800 only deduct 7% rebate = 662,904 (nett price). Anyone else told the same?

QUOTE(krauzers @ Mar 29 2022, 10:03 AM) Yes...this is true for Enso Woods. The rebate currently stands at 7% only. They have already stopped giving the extra rebates. Furthermore, MOT also has to be bear by the buyer due to no more HOC. Those who bought last year are very lucky got to save at least 50-60k... Meaning if buy now need to pay higher than the actual value. Because I believe the rebate is after mark up the original price. I could be wrong tho
