 Maxis charge me RM70 with no reason

It happened recently in my latest 2 months bill, Maxis charge me RM70 with no reason in digital purchases's item call "33955 - GERAK SMS 03-22424077" (RM2.50 each x 28 nos).

when i call customer service, there is no people answer (i wait more than 30 mins), and live chat also no open.

I dare not pay my bill or else Maxis will keep charging this item on my next bill

anyone got this situation, how to solve it, please help

Hi yes this is part of a bigger internal scam and conspiracy from telco staffs. Few got charged recently

You can WhatsApp them instead and they will refund you the money if it’s an unauthorised charge

I also encountered this problem, I checked the bill and found out that it was an extra charge of around RM50 a month.

I also called, and the response from the customer service was not helpful. The reason I asked was also to tell me if I clicked into the paid advertisement.

My relatives gave me advice you can complain to Maxis Main Centre (KLCC)

That is external content provider sms which you subscribed, not charged my maxis, you need call the number to dispute and unsubscribe
