- Ordered at Lazada 25 Jan early morning
- At first the LEX MY date stated will receive by 28-30 Jan, but didn't receive (see 1)
- Track from Ninja Van website stated estimate delivery at 1 to 3 Feb, but didn't receive (see 2)
- The Lazada order delivery date is "Get by Fri 29 Jan - Fri 05 Feb", now 5 Feb 9PM still no any update, the last status was at 1 Feb. (see 3&4)

I called 6 time and sent an email to Ninja Van and they all telling me "I don't know where is the parcel" or "I will expedite".



Meanwhile order 2 barang at Shopee deliver by J&T 2 day sampai

Mmg superslow. Jnt is much better. But some shoppe seller mati2 wan ninjavan

mine also been 1 week plus already. My item from china pun dah smpai lol.

Just claim refund from Lazada or they will drag and delay then just scam your money.

if you don't live in a big city, don't use ninja van.

Order created 29 jan. So likely the seller also slow on shipping out the item.

My j&t item also slow AF. Ordered 23 Jan, received 4 Feb. Stuck long long at J&T hub.

My ninja van parcel also delayed for few day already. Just wait abit lo coz after 2.2 sales ma.

that means ninja van is even worse than i thought kek.

my experience with ninja van has always been... less than spectacular. regular shipping takes almost 1 week. now during CNY, can't imagine how long it will take. just be patient, it will eventually arrive at your door step.

j&t also started to slow...

because you will never see the Ninja coming.
