What's your method of installing Vinyl Flooring?
 
Remove the parquet, and install the vinyl flooring on the original cement [ 1 ] ** [11.11%]
Remove the parquet, level the cement, and then only install the vinyl flooring [ 4 ] ** [44.44%]
Install the vinyl flooring on top of the original parquet [ 4 ] ** [44.44%]

I think is better u remove, as I dint remove.
Now go uneven, walk on it got hollow sound.
