I have a new tenant soon which is recommended by another agent that is not my agent/property manager. Under the previous tenant the property manager's company would collect rental from tenant/handle any issues since I'm outstation and I pay 10% for the service every month. Since an external agent managed to find me a new tenant, should I keep my existing property manager because I'm used to dealing with him or will the new agent take over? I'm not sure how this industry works. I actually prefer dealing with the property manager except paying the 10% part
