What exactly you are referring to??? What kind of "blueprint" you need for renovation?

If you are talking about as-built diagrams (eg plumbing, sanitary, telephony, electrical system etc) some good developer will provide in a houseowner pack during handover of the house. For old houses you can forget about it.

If you are talking about house layout/elevation views, you can always get ID guy to draw up during the design phase.

Anyway, nobody knows exactly what is the blueprint is about.

Thank you .
I'm planning to renovate my house.
So I need the layout, plumbing , electrical and sanitary.
I went to gov office they say they able to give building drawing only. Since jabatan bangunan can't provide me the rest of the drawing so
I called the architect he say he need some time to find.
Do yu know what what be the pricing of the drawing I need ?

These are called as-built diagrams. Your developer and its architect should have it but that depends on the developers. Most don't bother and after some time you will have a hard time finding them. Mine was given to me in a welcome binder together with other things during the handover of the house.

They are helpful for you to do renovation but most people can proceed with renovation without one. A good renovation should be able to "know" roughly how your plumbing and electrical run. In the unfortunate event of accidental damaging the existing connections, at least the contractor is there to fix. Moreover most renovations are adding and less on whacking existing structures (I say mostly not always). You just have to take a little risk if you can't get the as-built diagrams.
