Greeting all
I have paid off my housing loan. Next deal with bank and lawyer for the withdrawal house grant. What i should be aware ? Should i buy new insurance since MRTA not apply anymore? This is my first time, so i a bit clueless. Thank you. |

loan has been settled, no necessary for MRTA
you have to appoint a lawyer for a discharge to obtain the title, have some fees involve with the lawyer |
