I'm looking to buy this KAWA Air Con Starter and replace it myself. Is it very complicated or I just need to follow back the wiring?

Should be easy, just follow back wiring.
Make sure cut off power supply for safety.

Not that complicated, it is still being sold on shopee. Do note there's diff sizing of starter (starter capacity should follow or exceed your AC hp)

Most newer aircond made (especially current models) already included built-in starter inside the aircon itself, so this may not be necessary, and can be connected DOL.

Just replace the wires like to like - you can buy back the exact same starter on shopee.
Test with test pen when supply on to confirm the test pen is still working, switch off everything in the entire DB box, test with test pen when supply off before touching any wires, test test test never killed anyone but failure to test certainly did, prepare masking tape to label the wires, take few pictures before removing anything) then only start work.
Typically the line wires go to RST and load/motor goes to UVW side.

I would love to change to the nicer looking ones but sadly I need to get back the same bulky one otherwise my wall will look ugly as the wallpaper is cut to the size of the starter.
