Saying I'm using 30mbps and I'm sharing the port (whatever she was referring to) with other users. And will be very slow
Upgrade to xxx hundred Mbps better because it's not sharing. Dedicated.

Maxis mobile also like shit niw..

1. Shutdown both modem & router for at least 30 sec
2. Turn on modem, wait about 1 minute or until connected to internet
3. Turn on router, wait until connected to internet.
4. Do speed test, see got improve or not
5. Repeat until got decent speed.

Usually after ur modem got wan ip from isp & the speed is good and stable, it will keep that way... No need to restart ur modem/router if speed is acceptable to you.

If not later isp gip other wan ip, susah woo want to get decent one that gip consistent speed.

Maxis admit throttling between 8pm to 12am. Why still use them?
