Date of transaction: 7 April 2020
Details of the complaint :
<All communication with seller are through Whatsapp>
4th April 2020: Contacted by seller via PM as he notice a posting I put in forum looking for Dell monitor (refers to screenshots attached)
7th April 2020: Placed order and made first payment of MYR669 through Maybank2u.
8th April 2020: Had made 2nd payment of MYR1000 through Maybank2u as told by seller.
8th April to 24th April 2020: Had several follow up but told the stock not available and given the choice to change to other model but I opt to stick to same model.
5th May 2020: Informed seller I would like to cancel the order. Was informed Dell distributor had sent seller cancellation notice and there's surcharge.
16th June 2020: Follow up with seller and below is the reply.
Last week end money already dell supplier there. They not catch up transfer back to us. But ytd there already make transactions, shall be by tomorrow or Thursday our side can get the money n send it back to u
29th June 2020: Seller refund MYR343 via Maybank2u transfer
29th June 2020 to 18 Jan 2021: multiple follow up through Whatsapps with seller
18 Jan 2021: S250 transferred by seller via Maybank2u
Despite numerous follow up; from 18th Jan 2021 until now, 30 April 2021 still waiting for the refund of MYR750
