Suddenly so many offers at higher price? I say agree to lower price also the buyer wants to give me more money. I diam lah.

Those who tok kok usually Bangsa M for me. Not sure got Bangsa I or not. But those who ended up buying most are Bangsa M, those who final deal usually no problems. Bangsa C not a lot, but so far all good transactions. One time i bought some stuff...got hot Amoi!!! Woooohhh!
