Topkek maxis. Last time unifi mobile also staggered throttle my unlimited data plan (speed varied depending on total quota usage). Then I complained the heck out of mcmc. Today, no more staggered throttling. They only limit speed up to 20mbps all the way which is good enough.

I've noticed this a few months ago. There were other people in another lowyat thread who noticed this throttling. I'm not even on the unlimited plan yet i'm getting the throttled. I guess it's time to port out

Apply switch to another telco..... if majority Hotlink user apply for switch... they will only take action... else they will ignore.....
