u have to wait and keep email them. Nothing much you can do.
Move out from this app once you gotten your refund.

Luckily my case solved within a week, purchased pin (no charge), money deducted from balance but transaction failed.
After gotten my refund, use it to pay postpaid, got service charge pulak.. , wasting my time and money.
