So my choice is iphone12 or realmix7pro lolol.

I think just many apps use too large cache, eg on my phone youtube along use 700MB cache, browser use 500MB, even samsung member use 200MB,
Software update will not use user space after install, it only use system partition, file will delete after install

If you buy Samsung phone, only get those with Snapdragon. Heck, even mediatetek is better than Exynos.

Shame that Mediatek Dimensity 1000 is not widely adopted by OEM yet. They can give midrange SD or even Exynos a run for their money.

Or if you want problem free phone, get an iPhone. Iphone SE is a great phone if you only do light browsing on your phone.
