QUOTE(lifebalance @ Jun 24 2022, 02:57 PM) You can choose to upgrade from your existing policy or take up with another insurer if you're looking for other options gonna to take up since existing policy no option to upgrade (my old agent told me in another way it is the same that i have to sign up a new plan then throw away the old 1), but i can get some cash value from thereNo, not necessarily. You might want to get a professional advisor who will guide you properly on what to buy instead of looking at a brand |

QUOTE(ping325 @ Jun 24 2022, 04:26 PM) hmmm, i doubt this. many agent trick client to buy new dispose old 1 year later so that he can earn fresh 6 years commission again. it is informed by the agent.Existing policy no option to upgrade Did you get the answer from hq email / customer service or its from the mouth of current agent ? actually the previous agent quit and now new agent took over. so… might be true like what u said. there is possibility |

QUOTE(adele123 @ Jun 25 2022, 07:10 AM) Hello. I suggest you email HLA and ask what are your options. Your is investment linked plan. Should have some options. the coverage is not so good.Upgrade can be... 1) old plan upgrade to new plan -- not allowed 2) old plan upgrade within itself -- allowed 3) ... Whatever other possibility. What's your intention in upgrade? last time was continued since i adult and i pay for it myself. it is from my childhood insurance i think the medical card only allowed max 250k for whole lifetime… i am comparing it to medical card now mostly have annual renewal of 1mil. at least no need about worry lifetime limit. |
