I'm currently using Tenda AC1200 MU MIMO Dual Band Gigabit Wifi Router, but unable to connect to the internet. Tenda router setup page says "No response from the remote server. Please check whether your computer can access the internet directly using your Mode. If no, contact your ISP for help.

Modem - UNIFI technician came and check, said no issue
Router - I sent to shop, no issue also

Tried to upgrade firmware, but can't find the proper firmware. Currently using V15.03.06.56_en.

What DNS u using?

Check the Unifi VLAN tagging on the router settings

If not set properly, you will not have internet

I got try auto, I got try google. Both also cannot work.

Enter Google DNS directly to the computer under TCP/IP properties. Sometimes, shitty routers came with a crappy DHCP stack.
