Personally I wouldnt recommend the slimfit.

Look in the HDTV thread and you'll see most users are happy with the Sony CRT HDTV or like mine, the Philips Pixel Plus 2 CRT.

tat time i bought abt 2k +, avoid slimfit like plague

Next gen on CRT != next gen . Try playing computer games on 800x600 then that's it .

i'm thinking of buying the bravia.since i dont have a ps3 i dont think i will pick up the 1080p one. too expensive. 720p is good enuff i guess. looking the screen shot i must say the difference is outstanding. but i'll watch my pron in SD for the moment. Aria will look all wrinkly and pasty in HD!! wahaha.. itu belum Jenna lagi. all tulang n anche! LOLZ

Well the lack of component inputs on the older consoles probably contributes to the fact. They were never meant to take advantage of HD anyway.

LCDs are getting cheaper, I doubt anyone really seriously consider next gen consoles on CRTs anyway. It is just how big you want the LCD to be
