got to agree that its awkward to have both of them in ancient time speaking english....perhaps there's twist to it?? i'm gonna watch it anyway....

RM11 for both biggest asian action stars of my time..... over my dead body if u ask me to pass it....

just came back from watching it...

wat i can conclude is...... the language spoilts it all....

my money was paid just to watch the scenery and fighting scenes... and thats all.....the plot is dissappointing...... its just feels weird to have some western dude to deliver the ancient chinese prophecy.... WTF?!

needless to say the Jet Li and Jackie Chan fighting scenes are the main selling point of the whole movie.....

its really epic to have these 2 biggest asian action/martial actor fighting it all out on big screen......there are not one, not even one newcomers of the younger generation to have the impact like these two.....

its just feels sad to see both of them are so old now....how long more can we see these 2 legends on big screen?

so i would say go for this movie guys.....

the yahoo users reviewers are mostly very good for this movie.....

those westerner sure love martial arts huh...

it was meant for the western audiences......

i think the fighting scenes are pretty well done.....

mayb some of u here have too high expections coz its Jet Li, Jackie Chan and Yuen Woo-Ping.....

try someone else.....the scenes will be totally different....

every 5 seconds of fight they will stop for awhile for the wind to blow their mafarker hair.......

and also a cheesy way of the Emperor Jade and his wife to float from their seats....

just go there and wait for the booking to open then buy..... usually i can always get good seats by buying last minute.....

aiya....

its for those western audiences wan la.......

they see our martial arts damn drool lohhh....

but we asian not first time see this kind of skills and tricks.....

Jet Li and Jackie Chan casts are the extra cream to it though....

Mad Detective is the stupiest HK movie i'd seen so far this year.....
