There's a sucker born every minute, no shortage of them to be scammed.

My personal experience after attending some guru class. Somw of them they really know what they do while some of them can really see their intention is to sell u their class while they said they do it for u not for money.

To me i think Michael Tan is ok he knows his thing but his partner lastime Jenson that focus on project I doubt his selection of property hahaha.

Vince Tan I find his course not bad. He really got something and down to earth at least I dont see he show off his lambo or ferrari car or expansive watch and holiday.

Steven Yong is definitely no no no! I attended the class with my hubby and my hubby sign up for his upsell but bcz of pandemic did not get to attend the class and no more support money all gone 😭

Adrian wee I attended his dna class but he kept selling his upgrade pci class and include all those complex stuff to show what he do but to me it doesn’t related to dna. And try hard to sell he said he is not doing for money anymore he did it bcz want to sace sme.

Gary chua never attend his class but saw his fb live and read some post in lowyat about his history.

Ethan sim AW ex partner for loan. He came out on his own. Personally i find his class worth a lot bcz really a lot things that are helpful. But i dont think he is teaching anymore as his main biz is in loan.

Chris Yong its helpful for beginner and try to sell hard for his upgrade on 2nd and 3rd day. The 3rd day was bcz he said a lot enquiry about the upgrade so he repeat what he explained in 2nd day about his upgrade. But for me it was too basic.

KCSee attended like more than 10yrs ago. Many things in his masterclass but it change my mind and I jumped out to be self employed so i guess it help hahaha
