Construction sure delay one.... Buyers in the end that ended up losing party....

What i heard is that they are going to demolish part of it and add extra foundation to it.

Guys, our engineers are qualified and governed by BEM. Dont worry too much on it. However construction period definitely will be extended.

No engineer will dare to sign this off. Without engineer signature, no way they can get ccc.

Confirmed Delayed to the Max..

since needed to demolished & rebuild back with additional foundation.... which also incure more cost to the project overall tongue.gif

Definitely more cost but part if not all of the cost can be borne by insurance. All major construction need to purchase insurance before any work.

One thing I dislike about insurance is they then to find fault & try to reduce the distributed compensation

Anyone knows which insurance company that covers this project....

I know they won't lose much, but overall sure got financial impacts....

If they're listed company... Then better avoid that stock temporarily first....

There are retired engineers, will sign if given enough compensation.

Insurance company is not one's private piggy bank, need to protect their shareholders' interest.
