What i heard is that they are going to demolish part of it and add extra foundation to it.

Guys, our engineers are qualified and governed by BEM. Dont worry too much on it. However construction period definitely will be extended.

And additional cost too...

No engineer will dare to sign this off. Without engineer signature, no way they can get ccc.

It's good they follow the rules & no cutting corners here & there...

since needed to demolished & rebuild back with additional foundation.... which also incure more cost to the project overall

Definitely more cost but part if not all of the cost can be borne by insurance. All major construction need to purchase insurance before any work.

One thing I dislike about insurance is they then to find fault & try to reduce the distributed compensation

Yes, no need worry about inso company..they are rich like hell & some over 100 yrs existence...better worry for the buyers etc

Anyone knows which insurance company that covers this project....

I know they won't lose much, but overall sure got financial impacts....

If they're listed company... Then better avoid that stock temporarily first....
