Location is at Nusaputra. While I can make do with a slightly longer journey to my work place and where my parents live, as I was driving from Subang (I frequent that place a lot) towards this property, the surrounding township area didn’t seem too vibrant (meaning no nearby eateries and other shops that provide essential services). The nearest I was told is at Meranti Jaya.
Also, a unit like that was going for RM1.3 million-ish previously and now it is selling at RM1.07million (4th and last phase), nearing completion. It’s a triple storey linked house and has a lot of lush greenery. Very well maintained despite the first phase was built since 6-8 years ago. Maintenance fees is RM150 per month for landscaping and security guard fees. No club house or other amenities which I’m fine with it. This property is also individual title, not strata. However it’s leasehold.
My question now is if this is a purchase for future own stay, is this actually a good buy. Don’t think the price will dip any further for a property of that sort. Plus there’s only a few intermediate units left which I’m keen of.
Does anyone own a unit there too or currently staying there at Grande Xania or anywhere near the area? Would appreciate if u could give some views and feedback ie the day to day environment at Grande Xania and also if there’s any other Chinese eateries nearby besides Meranti Jaya?
Another property that I’m considering is Elemen Residence by Tropicana Aman. Any thoughts on this too?
Thanks in advance!
