After investigation, said I m liable. Its not big money. But, I m not syiok. Already lodge police report etc.

Can I claim it via small claim court OR consumer tribunal court?

Good, this meant the order details, tracking number, delivery address, recipient name and phone number are listed for the order.

From the vagueness of your reply, I suspect it could be someone close to you whom had easy access to your mobile phone.

With all those information taken from the order details, have you contacted the "someone/3rd party" and do something about it?

In all fairness to both you and Lazada, this all boils down to user negligence and Lazada is not liable for your loss.

Please chat with the seller, and show the order history.

The seller is able to inform you the mobile number that the seller has topup to.

With the mobile number, you're able to file a police report and show to the telco provider to dig up information on the scammer.

You have to be hard working on this, you won't be able to recover your money back, but at least you'll be able to locate the scammer, whatever happens will be up to you to decide upon face-to-face.

Friendly advise, next time, please share the full story, especially in Serious K, we don't have time to be detective to ask you the right questions. With your ranking, I would've expected more from you.

Finally, change your Lazada password and remove your linked credit/debit card in your Lazada wallet.

Lazada wallet cannot be transfer to 3rd party and solely for their platform usage, i'm sure someone has bought something using your account and it can be easily trace from there

TS, there's no shame in getting scam by fake prostitute.

Something is off with OPs story. He is purposely omitting additional information pertaining to the entire story.

As such we will just trust the fact that he must have made a mistake somewhere to have caused a "hack"

That said Lazada should sue you for making us assume it's their system vulnerability that caused this without any solid proof

my TIKTOK has similar event.

hacker manage to login my tiktok account, there's no alert of saying new login detected on other device, even with 2FA ON, hacker manage to login.

hacker use my tiktok account to make purchase from a tiktok shop, which selling phone accessories cost 200-600 range.
I guess they use this method to cash out once the order fulfilled.

that event happen last week, today i check the manage device and surprisingly saw the hacker device logged in again..

what can i do ya? please advice sifu
