After investigation, said I m liable. Its not big money. But, I m not syiok. Already lodge police report etc.

Can I claim it via small claim court OR consumer tribunal court?

Good, this meant the order details, tracking number, delivery address, recipient name and phone number are listed for the order.

From the vagueness of your reply, I suspect it could be someone close to you whom had easy access to your mobile phone.

With all those information taken from the order details, have you contacted the "someone/3rd party" and do something about it?

In all fairness to both you and Lazada, this all boils down to user negligence and Lazada is not liable for your loss.

Please chat with the seller, and show the order history.

The seller is able to inform you the mobile number that the seller has topup to.

With the mobile number, you're able to file a police report and show to the telco provider to dig up information on the scammer.

You have to be hard working on this, you won't be able to recover your money back, but at least you'll be able to locate the scammer, whatever happens will be up to you to decide upon face-to-face.

Friendly advise, next time, please share the full story, especially in Serious K, we don't have time to be detective to ask you the right questions. With your ranking, I would've expected more from you.

Finally, change your Lazada password and remove your linked credit/debit card in your Lazada wallet.

Btw, just wondering, why do u think Lazada should be responsible when it's being intruded by 3rd party?

It's like my car is stolen and I blame the manufacturer, or my house get break in and I blame the developer.

It's their security system weakness. I felt

Lazada should add security PIN or FACE ID to its wallet like what Shopee has implemented for Shopee Pay.
