Hi sifus, may I know which card is better in terms of everything, such as quality, warranty, fan noise, etc?
- Zotac 3070 twin edge oc (RM2799)
- MSI geforce rtx 3070 ventus 3x oc (RM2990)
Which 3070 GPU is better

Zotac twin edge oc fan garbage loud as fuck and can create turbulence after a while u probably gonna cut your ear off.

If u re looking for a twin fan card, Asus KO is the one. It's actually a Tuf PCB in it (different shroud design) and it's pretty quiet.
