Hi,
Is it common to get a lot of uncontrolled angers (and tendency to engage in verbal argumentations) during periods ? How shall that be taken care of ? Medicines or therapy or just talking it through ?

I would want to know how to identify if female (especially my colleagues) who are having periods and suddenly 1 slip of tongue from the male will trigger the volcano eruption of endless anger/swearing/verbal abuse from the female... I kena a few times already in the past and still dunno how to spot. They r also bit emo on certain topics/words when mentioned in front of them, and not those kind of words related to female sexual stuff/harassment, words/topics that r commonly used daily in workplace. Felt very guilty after trigger the eruption and being bomb kau kau by them despite I didn't mean it at all.

I think the anger comes from many causes. When period comes, we will always in anxiety worrying there might be leakage especially in the first 2 days. Over anxious will then make our emotion overloaded with stress. Some females may have serious menstrual cramp, it is very painful when they still need to come to office despite having cramp. They might want to have least interaction as possible, hence anything that prolong the conversation will trigger their anger. Scientifically, the hormone change during the period is like a roller coaster, it will cause emotional breakdown of no reason.
It is not easy to become a female. Therefore please respect and appreciate any females around you.

Only my wife now I loose the ability to smell her. Maybe immune to her smell already.
