I have two items which delivered by shopee express. One is extremely urgent because that item was claimed on behalf company. Another one is my personal item, that one is not so important. I can request refund anytime if that item not arrive.
However, the item which buy on behalf company makes me hard to decide whether need to proceed cancel and make refund because that item is a side mirror and need to install in on a customer's car.
If I cancel now, I have to make a new order to wait for another week again. If I continue to wait, I not sure when will it arrive. Especially this is shopee express which deliver to east Malaysia.
Both items are stuck in their sorting centre for a week.
