I have two items which delivered by shopee express. One is extremely urgent because that item was claimed on behalf company. Another one is my personal item, that one is not so important. I can request refund anytime if that item not arrive.

However, the item which buy on behalf company makes me hard to decide whether need to proceed cancel and make refund because that item is a side mirror and need to install in on a customer's car.
If I cancel now, I have to make a new order to wait for another week again. If I continue to wait, I not sure when will it arrive. Especially this is shopee express which deliver to east Malaysia.

Both items are stuck in their sorting centre for a week.

Posbabi is extremely incompetent nowadays here in Sabah

2 years ago the new DCSA Lok Kawi hub was built to expedite service, and they're mostly bikos of the surge of parcels from Shopee, something like 50k a day or 500k a month some shit like dat

it was fantastic for a while, everything was speedy and efficient compared to how it was before

but now it's extremely shitty, even more shitty than when it wasn't around

Item Arrived in DCSA Lok Kawi like in 8am

but by 11am it's already declared "Delivered" padahal it hasn't arrived yet, no delivery attempt was made, no effort to contact customer at all

some already used to it, saying conlanfirm eventually tomorrow or next day will arrive

but then there are cases it's stuck to a week, more weeks and some even months with no update

they just simply declare 'Delivered' macam pukimak babi

obviously tryna fool the ratings or quota or whatever

buttfuck it dude, it's barang Shopee, customers only habe limited days to confirm for item arrival and complete the transaction

customers can't even claim for refund from Poslaju, seller side has all the necessary documents needed to fill up the form needed to raise a dispute with Poslaju

seller oso dono wat to do when both Poslaju and Shopee tracking system declare the item as "Delivered"

mine's been marinated for 5 days since the fake "Out for Delivery" and fuckanjing "Delivered" status

2 tickets has been processed and muh """""resolved""""" by careline but there's still no update, no trace, no attempt or effort made to contact me
