Use other courier, like DHL, Ninjavan, J&T, my packages reach already lah in 4 days. even during this MCO.

J&T also slower now. My package stuck 2 days at the hub, another forumer 4 days(& still counting). With J&T.
The commission cut is effecting the speed.

I order on 18/01/21. Stated parcel need to ship by 21/01/21. Until now still havent ship out my item. Requested for cancellation today. Got rejected. I mean like wtf ? You can't fulfill your deliver promise hence i requested for cancellation and got rejected ? How did shopee guarantee our interest ? Should we ban shoppe ? At least the shopee should allow cancellation without needed approval if seller couldnt fulfil their delivery date.

i request for refund too , they reject stating they have ship the parcel. Ask me to contact courier myself , ShopeeMart from Shopee ask me to contact ShopeeExpress from Shopee

What happened to ShopeeExpress? No updates on parcel movement since last week..

Used to use Shopeexpress from time to time, sometimes can get RM5 off compensation voucher for failing to deliver within 24hrs

U never order anything from china in Shopee? It will use shopee express for delivery

Wtf...my item sent to Nusajaya hub instead of Cyberjaya hub ( my address closed by ) .have no option since item brought from obersea

got. but never once kena shopee express. all is delivered by poslaju, or grab(mayb part time or help friend)

Oversea logistics is even far more efficient than local logistic

Their self pickup service is close to useless, it requires approval from the HUB which we cant even call in for enquiries!!

encounter once before too.. Status updated as order received while no one called for pick up.

Exactly! All my other Order from oversea already been delivered by JnT few days after touching down. while shopee Tak Express take their own sweet time only to deliver on the estimated time

SHOPEE EXPRESS is their own delivery service. They just took your money and wont give a damn of your complaint.
