You need to temper your expectations a bit. If you wanna win trophies, he's not the best manager to do it. He didn't win much in Bundesliga, he only won trophies at PSG and it's not really that hard. EPL is way harder

But... if you have quality players and want your team to play like a well-oiled goal scoring machine, he's the right guy.
