Spending way too much on wet foods. My 2 cats are very fussy and even though I have royal canin dry foods they want wet foods maybe 3 times a day. Often they leaving quite a bit.
I have tried many brands.
What wet foods are people using and you happy with. I have bought cheaper brands but they just look and smell terrible. Pay a little more and you can see nice fish or chicken.

Also do you let your cats graze all day - I mean have dish of dry food all day or do you only put dry food down certain times.
Mine have always grazed. They eat when they want. They have got used to wet food several times a day but they are so fussy they will often either eat it all up or leave it. In the heat of malaysia food doesn't last long.
I will try boiled chicken again as it certainly cheaper than 3 cans of food per day

Yeah I might try stricter feeding times. They need to lose weight to be honest

Thanks for your input.
Dry foods tried lots of brands but settled on royal canine as they often didn't like very expensive higher protein ones. They have been fine on that.
Wet tried sheba, fancy feast and others. Also tried boiling or steaming chicken.
I think I will try keeping feeding times - easier when working but not so easy during lockdown at home when cats pester a bit and I give in too easily

My cats have grown up on a mix of wet and dry foods. Wet food prices been going up a lot for a decent brand. Costs a lot each month.
Any suggestions of wet cat food brands your cats enjoy that are not too expensive?
